Refund policy
SHOP SERVICES
I issue refunds for my services on a case-by-case basis. I ask that you try on the garment at my shop before taking it home. If you refuse to try on the garment at the shop, I am not responsible for problems that you may find after. If you encounter a defect with an item of clothing that I have altered or created after trying it on in the shop, please contact me within 30 days of purchase.
SEWING CLASSES
I am not able to offer refunds for sewing classes. I take payments for the classes at the beginning of the year, or through a payment plan. The payment includes the instruction, supplies, and time for four classes a month. Supplies are ordered in advance for the classes, and I cannot issue refunds for missed classes. Therefore, I ask that you check your personal calendar before signing up for classes to ensure that you won't have to miss classes. I am not able to provide make-up classes free of charge. If you want to book a private session with me as a make-up session, you can do so through the private class sign-up form.
